  • Workout program tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Updated as needed based off of your lifting experience, progress, and goals.
  • Weekly check-in's to keep you accountable
  • One monthly video or phone call to discuss anything you need to keep you on track with your goals.
  • Fitness and nutrition help via text/email if you have questions. I make myself available to you during all waking hours of the day.
  • ​Nutritional plan to assist you in your fitness goals, updated as needed. Optional.
